2019

  • Immobel joins Euronext’s Bel Mid index.
  • Immobel acquires the rest of Nafilyan & Partners and creates Immobel Germany.

2018

  • Acquisition of Eden in Frankfurt, Immobel’s first project in Germany.
  • Immobel intensifies its European presence and begins to focus on the French residential and office market.
  • Immobel creates the Immobel Social Fund and supports organisations active in the fields of health, culture and social integration.

2017

Immobel enters the French market: Immobel buys part of Nafilyan & Partners in Paris.

2016

Immobel merges with Allfin and becomes the largest listed property developer in Belgium.

2015

Marnix Galle becomes Executive Chairman.

2014

  • Allfin becomes the main shareholder of Immobel with 29.85% of the shares.
  • The Black Pearl office project, a passive “BREEAM Excellent” building, is completed in the European district of Brussels.

2010

The first projects in Poland take place.

2007

Evolution of the supervisory structure: JER Partners becomes the new main shareholder.

1992

Immobel co-develops the European Parliament of Brussels.

1991

  • 1991-2011: Renovation of a historical heritage site, the Place des Martyrs neighbourhood in Brussels.
  • Immobel merges with “Les Entreprises Louis Dewaele” and the group begins to work on office projects.

1988

Acquisition of Investimmo, which focuses on the development and promotion of peripheral areas of land in Brussels and Flanders

1987

Immobel merges with Consortium Immobilier, providing the Group with a portfolio generating recurring revenues.

1950-1980

Land banking activities make a significant contribution to the company’s income.

1930

Development of 80ha of land around the Basilica of Koekelberg.

1863

‘Compagnie Immobilière de Belgique’ was founded by J.R. Bischoffsheim, H. de Brouckère and J. Malou with the aim of responding to the urban and industrial challenges of the 19th century.
